Day of Coordination
Do you have most of your event planned, but still need assistance making sure everything goes smoothly? If you book us for "Day Of Coordination" 3-6 months prior to your event day, we will create the day-of timeline, provide vendor referrals, coordinate rehearsal, and tie up any other loose ends. A coordinator will be present on the event day to oversee set up and vendor arrivals, coordinate the processional order, timing, and spacing, and ensure that everyone is aware of their roles, cues, etc. You will also receive unlimited consultations via phone and email, and one free hour long, face-to-face consultation per week.
Partial Planning
Do you want to plan your own event, but need assistance tying everything together? We're here to assist! When you book us for "Partial Planning" 6 months - 1 year prior to your event, you will receive all the perks of the "Day of Coordination", plus much more. We will provide you with a wedding planning folder that includes tip sheets, a budget outline, worksheets, timeline guides, and folders for contracts, photos, and other important information. We can provide partial design services, vendor referrals, advice, and guidance. This option is perfect for the DIY bride that needs some extra hands.
"Creme de la Creme"
Do you need assistance from start to finish? This is the all-inclusive, “start from scratch,” planning plus design package, where you will receive assistance every step of the way! It is best to book this package 9-12 months prior to the event.
This is the perfect package for those who have busy schedules and/ or no experience in event planning. We will provide monthly support, preferred vendors, checklists and vision boards. We will work closely with you to create an event that allows your personality to shine.
